Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in staircase design and space planning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects, delivering functional, aesthetically appealing, and code-compliant architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural drawings with specialization in staircase design (RCC, steel, wooden, spiral, cantilevered, etc.).

• Prepare working drawings, construction details, and execution drawings for staircases.

• Ensure all staircase designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.

• Perform effective space planning for residential and commercial projects.

• Create layout plans optimizing circulation, usability, and design efficiency.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality.

• Prepare presentations, 3D views, and concept designs as required.

• Assist in project documentation and approvals.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
