Role Overview
An Interior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet design, quality, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
Review design drawings, layouts, and material specifications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations
Handle procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures
Conduct site visits and supervise on-site work
Resolve project issues, delays, and risks
Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
Prepare project reports and documentation
