Immediate Hire : Architect – Commercial Office Interiors & Residential (5+ Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial office and residential projects.
• Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and detailed construction drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Review material selections, finishes, and design details.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare BOQs and coordinate with estimation and procurement teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is an added advantage).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in commercial office interiors and residential projects is mandatory.
• Strong design, detailing, and coordination skills.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
