Architect

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Supervision & Execution:

• Oversee daily construction and installation activities for interiors/fit-outs.

• Ensure strict adherence to architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.

• Monitor project progress against schedules and milestones, reporting updates to management. 

2. Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a liaison between clients, architects, designers, contractors, and vendors.

• Facilitate clear communication to resolve design conflicts and technical challenges. 

3. Quality & Safety Management:

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks on materials and workmanship.

• Implement and enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Manage snag lists and ensure defects are rectified before handover. 

4. Technical & Documentation:

• Review and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD) and specifications.

• Provide technical advice and solutions for on-site problems.

• Maintain comprehensive site documentation: daily reports, attendance, material inventory, and progress photos. 

5. Project Controls:

• Assist in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.

• Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. 

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
