Key Responsibilities

· Develop innovative and practical architectural designs for residential projects.

· Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated project execution.

· Manage project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.

· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

· Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and municipal guidelines.

· Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site issues.

· Assist in vendor coordination and material selection aligned with project budgets.

· Support project management functions to ensure quality and timely completion.
