Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Architect with 1–2 years of experience in residential and commercial projects to join our growing real estate development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective residential spaces while coordinating seamlessly with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and practical architectural designs for residential projects.

• Prepare conceptual designs, detailed drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure integrated project execution.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams.

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and municipal guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve on-site issues.

• Assist in vendor coordination and material selection aligned with project budgets.

• Support project management functions to ensure quality and timely completion.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
