Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing architectural and interior design drawings, presentations, and working details.

• Conducting interior site surveys at different locations and coordinating with on-site teams for design execution.

• Preparing BOQs, specifications, and coordinating with vendors and consultants.

• Assisting in conceptual design development, 3D visualization, and material selection.

• Ensuring design intent is maintained throughout project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of Enscape or Lumion is an added advantage.

• Strong design and detailing skills, with a good understanding of materials and construction.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Willingness to travel for site surveys and project coordination at different locations.
