### Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Architect for our Real Estate company, who has strong design and visualization skills in •planning, interior, and exterior designing•.

The candidate should be able to design modern residential and commercial spaces and convert ideas into realistic 2D/3D layouts. You will work with the management, design, and marketing teams to create functional and aesthetic architectural plans for upcoming real estate projects.

🏗️ Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, and working drawings

🏘️ Handle planning, interior & exterior design concepts

🖥️ Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max for designs and 3D visualization

🎨 Coordinate with clients and management to finalize project concepts

📐 Ensure designs meet building codes, site conditions, and project requirements

⚡ Deliver accurate and high-quality designs within deadlines
