Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our interior design team. The role involves planning, designing, and executing interior architecture projects from concept to completion. The Architect will collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, consultants, and contractors to deliver functional, aesthetic, and compliant spaces aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions for interior projects

Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and architectural documentation

Coordinate with interior designers for seamless integration of design and structure

Create 3D models and visualizations to support design presentations

Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and local by-laws

Assist in material selection, specifications, and BOQs

Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors during execution

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design implementation

Resolve design and site-related issues efficiently

Support project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

2-5 years of experience in interior architecture or related projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp

Knowledge of Photoshop/ 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or Lumion, 3D modelling.

Strong understanding of space planning, detailing, and construction drawings

Familiarity with materials, finishes, and execution processes

Good communication and coordination skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualities

Creative mindset with a practical approach

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Willing to go for the site supervision and take measurements.

Proficient in te planning of both commercial and residential properties.
