Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead the design and planning of banquet halls, event spaces, and hospitality interiors. The candidate should have a strong sense of space planning, aesthetics, and technical detailing specific to the hospitality and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design banquet halls, lounges, and hospitality spaces from concept to execution.

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, detailed layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

• Ensure optimal layout for guest flow, dining, service, and decor placement.

• Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, vendors, and site engineers.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and accessibility regulations.

• Present concepts and walkthroughs to clients or internal teams as needed.

Key Skills:

• Strong in commercial & banquet architecture

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion

• Good understanding of hospitality space planning and aesthetics

• Knowledge of furniture layout, lighting, and materials used in banquet interiors

• Excellent coordination and communication skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, banquet, or hotel project design

• Portfolio of past projects is required during the interview
