ROLE : civil site engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at the project site. The role involves supervising site work, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing resources, and liaising with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.

• Ensure that all work is done in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Check materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

• Assist in preparing project schedules and monitoring timelines.

• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties or issues that arise on site.

• Ensure quality control and health and safety matters on site.

• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

• Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Proven experience (typically 1–5+ years) in civil construction or infrastructure projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management tools.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar engineering software.

  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
