Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture, with 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading the design process, developing innovative architectural solutions, and managing the execution of complex projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring the integration of design principles, functionality, and aesthetic vision.

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality, sustainable design solutions within project timelines and budgets.

• Oversee the preparation of design documents, including schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction specifications.

• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff, providing guidance and leadership.

• Conduct site analysis and collaborate on feasibility studies, ensuring all projects meet regulatory standards and local codes.

• Review and approve project documentation, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design and project management.

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other related tools.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and working under deadlines.

• Ability to think creatively and solve complex design challenges.

Preferred Skills:

• LEED accreditation or other sustainability certifications.

• Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects.

• Familiarity with advanced 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
