About Devise

Devise is an architecture and interior design firm working on a diverse range of hospitality, resort, residential, commercial, and interior design projects. We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect Intern who is keen to gain practical exposure to professional architectural design, drawings, documentation, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the architectural team in developing concept designs, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings as per project requirements.

• Assist in preparing presentation drawings, design layouts, 3D views, and architectural documentation.

• Support senior architects in developing design concepts and project presentations.

• Coordinate with the architecture and interior design teams for project requirements.

• Assist in preparing working drawings and construction details.

• Visit project sites when required and understand the practical aspects of architectural execution.

• Assist in maintaining project drawings, files, and documentation.

• Research materials, design references, architectural standards, and innovative design solutions.

• Participate in design discussions, presentations, and internal coordination meetings.

• Ensure drawings and documentation are prepared accurately and within the required timelines.

Educational Qualification

• B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) candidate who has appeared for the final-year/final-semester examination or a recent B.Arch graduate.

• Candidates awaiting their final B.Arch results may also apply.

• Candidates should have completed the academic requirements necessary for the B.Arch degree, subject to applicable university/institution requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings and basic design principles.

• Strong visualisation and presentation skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Creative approach with attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and work in a professional architectural environment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
