3D Modeling Designer

We are seeking a talented 3D Interior Designer & Visualizer to create high-quality interior renders and presentation visuals. The role requires strong 3D modeling and rendering skills, a good sense of lighting and materials, and a flair for decor detailing. The candidate should be able to translate design concepts into photo-realistic visuals for client approvals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Model and render interiors like living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices, etc.

•  Apply accurate materials, lighting, furnishings, and accessories.

•  Collaborate with the interior design team to conceptualize and finalize spatial layouts.

•  Prepare mood boards and visualization presentations if required.

•  Make revisions based on client feedback or team direction.

•  Deliver high-resolution outputs for client and marketing purposes.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related 3D visualization field.

•  Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, or Lumion.

•  Strong portfolio with interior renders (residential and/or commercial).

•  Good knowledge of furniture and material textures.

•  Understanding of composition, ambient lighting, and space optimization.
