What would you be required to do?

• Working closely with architectural and design team to plan and visualize projects

• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible

• Keeping up to date with relevant software advances

• Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD Drawings

• Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with architects

• Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling package

• Work on architectural 3D modeling, unwrapping, texture, lighting, camera animation, rendering on visuals and walk-through projects.

• Ability to create extremely photo realistic exterior, interior visuals.

• Undertaking 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D rendering.

• Well knowledge and brilliant eye for detail in post-production to enhancing visuals/ walk-through using Photoshop, aftereffects, lightroom software.

• Diploma in 3d visualizing.

• 3DMax

• Adobe Photoshop

• MS Office

• AutoCAD

• Rhinoceros
