JOB DESCRIPTION FOR 3D DESIGNER – LIGHTING VISUALIZATION

BRIEF ABOUT COMPANY

Halomax Lighting Solutions Pvt Ltd is a growing architectural lighting company dealing in indoor, outdoor, facade, landscape and decorative lighting. We work on residential, commercial, hospitality and other premium lighting projects.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and technically strong 3D Designer who can create high-quality 3D visuals and realistic renders showcasing the effect of architectural and decorative lighting in different spaces.

The person will be responsible for creating multiple 3D room/interior images with different lighting fixtures and lighting effects, which will be used for client presentations, product showcases and marketing material.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create high-quality 3D interior and architectural visualizations showcasing lighting products and their effects.

• Create realistic room scenes with downlights, profile lights, cove lights, track lights, decorative lights, wall lights, etc.

• Demonstrate different lighting effects such as direct, indirect, accent and ambient lighting.

• Create realistic materials, textures, furniture, ceilings and architectural elements.

• Set up realistic lighting, camera angles and compositions for high-quality renders.

• Work from AutoCAD drawings, reference images and design concepts.

• Create multiple variations of the same space to demonstrate different lighting moods and fixture applications.

• Make revisions quickly based on feedback from the design and sales teams.

• Maintain organized 3D files, models, textures and asset libraries.

• Deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE & SKILLS

Mandatory:

• 3DS Max – Strong hands-on knowledge

• V-Ray – Strong hands-on knowledge

• Good understanding of 3D modelling and realistic rendering

• Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures and camera composition

• Ability to create photorealistic interior renders

Additional Advantage:

• AutoCAD

• Photoshop

• SketchUp

• Corona Renderer

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in 3D visualization.

• Strong understanding of interior spaces and architectural detailing.

• Should have a good eye for lighting, aesthetics, proportion and realism.

• Should be creative and capable of creating visually impressive lighting scenes.

• Should be able to work independently and handle multiple projects.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn about architectural lighting.

• Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
