Job Description

• Client Consultation: Interact with clients to understand their style preferences, storage needs, and budget.

• Space Planning: Take accurate site measurements and design highly functional, ergonomic layouts.

• 2D/3D Design: Create architectural concepts, 2D AutoCAD layouts, and realistic 3D models using SketchUp or KD Max.

• Material Selection: Guide clients through options for finishes (acrylic, laminate, MDF), hardware, and essential accessories (pull-outs, baskets).

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate quotes, bills of quantities (BOQ), and presentations.

• Project Execution: Coordinate directly with site supervisors, production teams, and vendors to ensure seamless installation. [3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

## 🎓 Job Requirements

•

• Education: 12th Pass minimum; a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture is highly preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1–2+ years of experience specialized in residential modular furniture or kitchen design.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.

• Key Skills: Strong communication, strict attention to detail, and sound knowledge of hardware installations. [1, 2, 5, 9, 10]
