Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understand client requirements, site conditions, and project scope.

2. Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning.

3. Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.

4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

5. Select materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and lighting as per design theme.

6. Prepare BOQs, specifications, and assist in cost estimation.

7. Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per approved drawings and timelines.

8. Resolve design and site-related issues during execution.

9. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
