Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models, textures, and materials based on design concepts, sketches, or CAD drawings.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine.

• Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans or design briefs.

• Creativity and attention to detail with strong visualization skills.

• Good communication and time management skills.
