Supervise and manage interior site work from start to finish.
Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
Ensure implementation of approved drawings and BOQ at site.
Monitor daily progress, workmanship, and material usage.
Handle on-site problem-solving and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure work is completed within timelines and quality parameters.
Check measurements and quantities for accuracy.
Maintain site records: daily reports, attendance, material stock, etc.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site cleanliness.
Attend project meetings and provide updates to the management.
