2D/3D Interior Designer

### Job Title: Interior Designer – 3D Design & Visualization

**Job Overview**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Interior Designer** with strong expertise in **3D design and visualization**. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and the ability to convert design ideas into high-quality 3D visualizations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements and project briefs.

* Prepare **3D layouts, furniture plans, and detailed interior drawings**.

* Create accurate and realistic **3D models and interior designs using 3ds Max**.

* Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs using **D5 Render**.

* Select suitable materials, colors, furniture, lighting, and finishes.

* Develop realistic interior scenes with proper lighting, textures, and material detailing.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other design teams.

* Make design revisions based on client feedback.

* Prepare presentations, mood boards, material boards, and 3D views.

* Ensure designs meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

### Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **Interior Design and Space Planning**.

* Excellent working knowledge of **3ds Max**.

* Hands-on experience with **D5 Render** for realistic visualization.

* Knowledge of **AutoCAD** and preferably Photoshop/SketchUp.

* Good understanding of materials, textures, lighting, furniture, and interior finishes.

* Strong sense of aesthetics, proportion, and detailing.

* Ability to create realistic and visually appealing 3D interiors.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Diploma/Degree in **Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field**.

* Relevant experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail interiors.

* A strong portfolio showcasing **3D interior design and visualization work**.
