The 3D Interior Designer is responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, interior layouts, and realistic renderings for residential, commercial, and modular interior projects. The role involves understanding client requirements, interpreting design concepts, and converting them into detailed 3D models and walkthroughs. The designer will work closely with architects, senior interior designers, and the project team to develop design presentations, mood boards, and material selections. Key responsibilities include preparing floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts, coordinating with site and production teams, and ensuring design accuracy as per project specifications. The candidate should be proficient in software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Lumion, or Blender, with strong attention to detail, creativity, and visualization skills. Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobes, interiors, and turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
