Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand client requirements, design preferences, and project needs.
• Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D designs, floor plans, and furniture layouts•.
• Select suitable furniture, fabrics, laminates, wood, finishes, colors, and other materials.
Prepare detailed BOQ, specifications, and quotations• as required.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, vendors, and production teams.
• Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and design coordination.
• Ensure designs are practical, functional, and within the client's budget.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure furniture is manufactured as per approved designs.
• Make design modifications based on client feedback.
• Maintain project drawings, samples, specifications, and other documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of design-related work.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/3D software, and MS Office•.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, fabrics, finishes, and interior products.
• Good creativity and visualization skills.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and measurements.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
