Job Description

1. Design Leadership Develop and oversee concept-to-completion designs, including 2D/3D layouts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections for kitchens, wardrobes, and living spaces.2. Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and presentations for accuracy, compliance, and client approval.3.Stay updated on interior trends, sustainable materials, and regulations to innovate residential solutions.4.Lead, mentor, and allocate tasks to design teams, ensuring high-quality outputs and workflow efficiency.5. Conduct client consultations, manage expectations, and handle design amendments through meetings and site visits.6.Liaise with site engineers, project managers for seamless design-to-execution handover.7.Monitor design timelines, budgets, and resources to mitigate risks and avoid execution delays.8.Maintain documentation, reports, and risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
