2D/3D Interior Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and visualizing interior spaces in 3D, turning client requirements into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality 3D renders and design presentations that reflect innovative interior design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and walkthroughs of interior spaces.

• Develop concepts and space planning based on client needs and site requirements.

• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.

• Translate 2D designs and sketches into 3D models using software like 3ds Max, SketchUp.

• Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures for rendering using V-Ray.

• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure design intent is executed.

• Revise designs and models based on client feedback and project updates.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or 3D Visualizer in interior design.

• Proficiency in design software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial arrangements, and materials.

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
