Position: Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and execute commercial, residential, and office interior projects. The candidate should be capable of developing design concepts, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and site teams, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.

• Develop concept designs, mood boards, and space planning layouts.

• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings.

• Prepare working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.

• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and ensure design compliance.

• Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical support.

• Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines are maintained.

• Prepare client presentations and design documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial, office, or residential interior projects.

• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and construction methods.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)

• SketchUp

• Enscape ,V-Ray or Lumion

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
