JOB DESCRIPTION: 3D INTERIOR DESIGNER (3D VISUALIZER)

Avillion Farms is a managed farmland and farmhouse plot developer near Bengaluru, creating nature-focused communities with large private plots, designer farmhouses, and lifestyle amenities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will turn design concepts into realistic renders and walkthroughs, and make sure the designs are executed accurately on site, working in feet and inches.

PROJECTS YOU WILL WORK ON
- Farmhouse interiors: 2, 3, and 4 BHK designer farmhouses with rustic, earthy, or modern-tropical themes
- Clubhouse and common amenities: lounge, reception, indoor games, gym, banquet, and wellness areas
- Landscape and outdoor living: gardens, pathways, pergolas, gazebos, decks, pools, outdoor kitchens, and entrance features
- Model farmhouses and sales visuals: renders and walkthroughs for brochures, site offices, and social media
- Client customization: quick 3D options for furniture layouts, materials, and colour schemes
- Farm stay or resort-style units, where applicable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

3D Visualization
- Create 3D models of interiors, exteriors, and landscape areas from sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs
- Produce photorealistic renders, panoramas, and walkthrough animations using Lumion, Enscape, and D5 Render
- Develop accurate SketchUp models with proper materials, lighting, textures, and furniture
- Create day and night lighting views of farmhouses and outdoor spaces
- Post-process renders in Photoshop for colour correction, enhancement, and final presentation
- Incorporate client and team feedback and deliver revisions within deadlines

Onsite Execution
- Visit project sites regularly to take measurements, verify dimensions, and check that work matches the approved designs
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, painters, landscapers, and other site vendors
- Supervise work such as false ceilings, woodwork, flooring, wall finishes, lighting, furnishing, and outdoor elements
- Resolve site issues and design-to-execution gaps, and update 3D models and drawings when site conditions change
- Check material quality, finishes, and workmanship against specifications
- Track site progress and report to the design head or project manager
- Support handover, snagging, and final finishing

General
- Prepare working drawings and 3D views in feet and inches for site teams and vendors
- Maintain libraries of materials, textures, models, and assets
- Manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time

QUALIFICATIONS
- M.Arch, B.Arch, or Diploma in Architecture

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in 3D visualization for interior spaces
- Hands-on expertise in SketchUp
- Proficiency in Lumion, Enscape, and D5 Render
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Comfortable working in feet and inches for modelling, measurements, drawings, and site coordination
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and working drawings
- Practical knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and site execution processes
- Good understanding of lighting, composition, and colour

EXPERIENCE
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in 3D interior visualization
- Minimum 1–2 years of onsite interior execution experience
- Experience in farmhouse, villa, resort, or landscape projects is an added advantage

GOOD TO HAVE
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with 3ds Max / V-Ray
- Basic knowledge of landscape elements such as plants, hardscape, pools, and outdoor lighting
- Understanding of BOQ, material estimation, and site measurements
- Experience with residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects
- Portfolio showing both visualizations and executed projects

SOFT SKILLS
- Strong communication and vendor-handling skills
- Time management and the ability to work under deadlines
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making on site
- Openness to feedback and teamwork
