Job Title: 2D & 3D Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 2D & 3D Interior Designer with strong experience in residential, commercial, and retail interior projects. The candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed working drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations, from concept to execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Interiors:

- Create 2D layouts, working drawings, furniture details, and electrical drawings for apartments, villas, and bungalows.

- Develop 3D designs, walkthroughs, and renders for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, and bathrooms.

- Finalize material selections, color schemes, and lighting concepts as per client preferences.

Commercial Interiors:

- Prepare space planning and working drawings for offices, corporate spaces, and co-working areas.

- Design 3D views for workstations, cabins, reception areas, meeting rooms, and breakout zones.

- Coordinate drawings with MEP services and project execution teams.

Retail Interiors:

- Design store layouts, display units, kiosks, and visual merchandising elements.

- Create 3D renders for brand approvals and client presentations.

- Develop detailed shop drawings for carpentry, signage, lighting, and fixtures.

Design & Technical Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate 2D drawings: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Produce realistic 3D models and renders for client approvals.

- Revise drawings as per client feedback and site conditions.

- Support project teams during execution with drawing clarifications.

Software Skills Required:

- AutoCAD – Mandatory

- 3ds Max / SketchUp – 3D Modeling

- V-Ray / Corona / Lumion – Rendering

- Photoshop – Post-production

- MS Office – Basic documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- 2–6 years of relevant experience in interior design firms or turnkey projects.

- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.

- Good design sense, visualization skills, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Site coordination and execution exposure.

- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of BOQ and vendor coordination is an added advantage.
