What You’ll Bring:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs that bring our commercial leasing and workspace transformation projects to life. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver compelling visual narratives that help clients envision their future spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, interior/exterior renders, and walkthroughs for commercial properties and workspace concepts.

• Translate 2D layouts and sketches into photorealistic 3D visuals.

• Collaborate with the design, project, and marketing teams to align visual outputs with brand and project goals.

• Understand client requirements and deliver visual concepts that support sales pitches and presentations.

• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

• Stay updated with design trends, materials, and visualization software enhancements.

• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, textures, and models for efficient project execution.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in 3D visualization, preferably in commercial real estate, architecture, or interior design.

• Proficiency in 3D visualization software: 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of lighting, textures, composition, and rendering techniques.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and other design tools is a plus.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
