Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer with upto 1 years of professional experience who is passionate about spatial visualization, biophilic modern designs, landscaping, and interior-scaping concepts. The role involves creating realistic 3D designs for customized terrace gardens, balcony transformations, office greens, and interior-scaping projects while collaborating closely with the sales and project teams. Key Responsibilities Create 3D models and design concepts using Coohom, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Develop realistic visualizations and client-ready presentations in Coohom Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements Analyze site images, measurements, and floor plans to develop accurate layouts Design customized terraces, balconies, office greens, and interior-scaping concepts Develop creative yet practical design solutions aligned with project feasibility Produce visual representations to help clients clearly visualize transformed spaces Revise and refine designs based on client feedback and internal inputs Maintain organized design documentation and project files Support project teams with design clarifications during execution stages Ideal Candidate 2+ years of experience in 3D design, interior design, or architectural visualization Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or 3D Design Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Coohom Strong spatial visualization and design thinking ability Understanding of modern design aesthetics and biophilic concepts Good communication and collaboration skills What You Will Gain Opportunity to work on real urban landscape transformation projects Exposure to terrace gardens, balcony landscapes, and interior-scaping design Collaboration with sales, architecture, and project execution teams Opportunity to build a strong professional design portfolio Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand 1307, Shivalik Shilp, Iskon Cross hr@mrgardenr.com 81284 94405 Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
