Experience: 1–3 Years in 3D Designing / Architectural Visualization

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D renders for façades, exterior finishes, textures, stucco, stone and decorative surfaces

• Develop 3D models, elevations, and presentation visuals as per architect/client requirements

• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes aligned with Timberstone standards

• Collaborate closely with senior designers and project teams to ensure design accuracy

• Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders

• Ensure timely delivery of renderings and maintain quality standards

Required Skills

• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop

• Strong understanding of textures, finishes, façades and architectural detailing

• Good visualization ability and sense of aesthetics

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Visualization
