Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Draughtsman - Architect to join our architectural design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural drawings and 3D visualizations to support project design, development, and presentation phases. This role requires strong proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software, an understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software.

• Develop detailed architectural layouts, sections, elevations, and construction drawings.

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and visualizations for design presentations and client approvals.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure design accuracy and consistency.

• Modify and revise drawings as necessary to incorporate changes and updates.

• Maintain drawing files, documentation, and version control for all ongoing projects.

• Assist in developing presentation boards, concept diagrams, and technical details.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
