Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
Create realistic 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Prepare layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevation drawings, and presentation drawings.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
Produce high-quality visualization and rendering for client presentations.
Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and project files.
Assist in preparing material boards, mood boards, and presentation sheets.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Ability to produce both technical drawings and realistic 3D renders.
Good communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
Understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
