*Architect* – *Job Role & Responsibilities**Key Responsibilities*:Prepare architectural designs, drawings & layouts as per client requirements.Develop concept designs, working drawings & presentation drawings.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site engineersVisit sites for supervision and ensure work is executed as per drawings.Prepare BOQ, material specifications & detailing.Ensure compliance with local building rules & regulationsHandle client meetings and incorporate design changes.Monitor project timelines and maintain quality standard.*Required Skills*:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Lumion (as required)Strong knowledge of building materials & construction techniques.Good communication & coordination skillsAbility to handle multiple projects*Qualification*:B.Arch / M.Arch
