Job Description:

Architect (Industrial & Residential Projects) We are looking for an experienced Architect with 5–7 years of professional expertise to lead and execute architectural design requirements across our Industrial Park, Commercial, and Residential Plot Development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Industrial Park master layouts, internal road planning, utility zoning, and building designs.

• Prepare architectural drawings, concept plans, and working drawings for industrial, warehousing, and commercial structures.

• Design residential layouts, villa plots, and associated amenities.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, PEB, and internal project teams during design development.

• Liaise with statutory bodies, consultants, and approval agencies to ensure drawings meet all regulatory standards.

• Manage documentation for approvals, clearances, and permits.

• Conduct site visits for design implementation compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• B.Arch with 5–7 years experience in industrial, commercial, or residential planning.

• Strong knowledge of industrial park planning; warehousing/PEB layout exposure preferred.

• Experience with statutory approvals (CMDA/DTCP/Local Body/Fire/Environmental).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
