2D/3D Architect

About the Role
We are looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented Architect to support the planning, design, and execution of our agricultural infrastructure and industrial projects, including warehouses, cold storage facilities, processing units, and other project-related structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for warehouses, cold storages, processing facilities, and other industrial/agri-infrastructure projects.

• Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D layouts as per project requirements.

• Work on space planning, area utilization, circulation, zoning, and functional layouts.

• Prepare detailed drawings for wooden boxes/crates, including dimensions, specifications, and design modifications as required.

• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, civil, and other technical requirements.

• Review site measurements and incorporate actual site conditions into drawings.

• Prepare working drawings, BOQs/quantity-related inputs, design details, and technical documentation wherever required.

• Coordinate with project, engineering, production, and site teams to ensure drawings are practical and execution-ready.

• Make design revisions based on project requirements and management feedback.

• Assist in material selection, construction detailing, and technical specifications.

• Ensure drawings are maintained with proper version control and documentation.

• Conduct site visits when required to understand project requirements and monitor design execution.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

• Working knowledge of SketchUp / Revit / 3D modelling software will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of architectural planning, construction drawings, building materials, and detailing.

• Ability to read and coordinate civil, structural, and MEP drawings.

• Strong understanding of dimensions, measurements, scale, space planning, and technical detailing.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to convert project requirements into practical drawings.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Profile

• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.

• Candidates with exposure to industrial, warehouse, cold storage, food processing, agricultural infrastructure, or commercial projects will be preferred.

• Candidates who can independently handle drawings from concept/layout stage to detailed working drawings will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Architect / Interior Designer job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
