2D/3D Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and working drawings.

• Prepare and review layouts, 2D/3D drawings, and presentations.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design integration.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and Vaastu principles (where applicable).

• Conduct site visits for design execution and quality checks.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design options.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software.

• Strong visualization, design, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of sustainable and modern construction practices preferred.
