Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site planning, research, and design documentation

• Support project teams with CAD drawings, visuals, and presentations

• Conduct zoning and site analysis

• Collaborate with architects, planners, and consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships welcome)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong communication and design skills
