As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a skilled Architect / Interior Designer who can independently manage design, visualization, documentation, client coordination, and execution support.

📌 Mandatory Requirement

⚠ Candidates must possess a valid Council of Architecture (COA) Registration Number.

Applications without a valid COA Registration will not be considered.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🏛 Architectural & Interior Design

• Develop architectural layouts and interior design concepts

• Prepare space planning solutions for residential and commercial projects

• Create working drawings and detailed execution drawings

🎨 3D Visualization & Presentation

• Develop high-quality 3D models and rendered views

• Create presentation materials for client approvals

• Walkthrough creation experience will be an added advantage

🤝 Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

• Gather and understand detailed client requirements

• Analyze budget, functionality, and aesthetic expectations

• Translate concepts into practical and executable designs

📑 Documentation & BOQ Preparation

• Prepare GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings

• Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

• Prepare material specifications and execution documents

🏗 Site Coordination & Execution Support

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site engineers

• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews

• Ensure execution aligns with approved designs

📋 Regulatory Compliance

• Knowledge of civil construction standards

• Understanding of electrical layouts and coordination

• Familiarity with land and building regulations

• Experience with municipal approval processes preferred

💻 Required Software Skills

✔ AutoCAD

✔ SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray

✔ MS Excel (BOQ Preparation)

✔ Photoshop (Preferred)

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory

• Interior Design specialization will be preferred

• Valid COA Registration Number required
