2D/3D Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 2D floor plans and 3D architectural models for residential & commercial projects.

• Conduct site surveys and prepare design documentation.

• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and translate them into functional drawings.

• Work with project managers, engineers, and interior designers to finalize layouts.

• Ensure accuracy and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Revit.

• Strong knowledge of 2D drafting & 3D visualization.

• Ability to conduct site surveys and measurements.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
