Job Description

We are looking for a 2D/3D Architect to join our team at Bhimji Velji Sorathia Construction Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate detailed, accurate 2D and 3D drawings (sections, plans, elevations) for projects
Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software ( AUTOCAD ) .
Transform rough sketches, field notes, and verbal instructions from engineers or architects into professional CAD files.
Revise drawings and layouts to incorporate design changes, field measurements, or feedback from project managers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and clients, to finalize designs and resolve design discrepancies.
Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.
Able to do Mail Drafting as per Requirement

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate ( CIVIL ) and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 2Ds & 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
