Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to lead the design and planning of banquet halls, event spaces, and hospitality interiors. The candidate should have a strong sense of space planning, aesthetics, and technical detailing specific to the hospitality and events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design banquet halls, lounges, and hospitality spaces from concept to execution.
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, detailed layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
Ensure optimal layout for guest flow, dining, service, and decor placement.
Coordinate with project managers, fabricators, vendors, and site engineers.
Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved drawings.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and accessibility regulations.
Present concepts and walkthroughs to clients or internal teams as needed.
Key Skills:
Strong in commercial & banquet architecture
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion
Good understanding of hospitality space planning and aesthetics
Knowledge of furniture layout, lighting, and materials used in banquet interiors
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university
4–8 years of experience in commercial, banquet, or hotel project design
Portfolio of past projects is required during the interview
