Working Capital Operations Specialist

Operations Team Member_O_WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)_0180_8190_1086560 Key Responsibilities Process and monitor Working Capital products including: Cash Credit (CC) Overdraft (OD) Bank Guarantees (BG) Letter of Credit (LC) Bills Discounting Supply Chain Finance transactions Verify and process disbursements, renewals, limit setups, enhancements, and closures. Perform documentation scrutiny, regulatory checks, and compliance verification. Coordinate with Business, Credit, Legal, Operations, and customers for smooth transaction execution. Monitor pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TATs. Handle operational exceptions, reconciliations, and audit observations. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal policies, and risk controls. Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects. Prepare operational MIS, dashboards, and management reports. Eligibility Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in Working Capital Operations within Banking/NBFCs. Strong understanding of trade finance and working capital products. Knowledge of documentation, disbursement processes, and operational risk controls. Exposure to core banking and workflow systems preferred.
