Identify suitable government and private tenders through online portals and offline channels.
Study tender documents, technical specifications, commercial terms, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, operations) to collect required documents and data.
Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical bid & financial bid) within deadlines.
Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and tender status.
Manage vendor registrations and renewals on government e-procurement portals.
Communicate with clients, government departments, and agencies for clarifications related to tenders.
Prepare costing, quotations, BOQ analysis, and price comparison sheets.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
Track tender results, win-loss analysis, and prepare reports for management.
Maintain confidential records and ensure secure handling of tender documents.
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tender documentation and e-procurement processes.
Strong knowledge of GeM, e-procurement portals, and government tender sites.
Good understanding of technical and commercial tender terms.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
