Ensure the maintenance of a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency. Focus on enhancing collections performance in the assigned area, both individually and through effective team management. Ensure strict adherence to MOPP norms and internal compliance standards. Follow all banking processes and procedures as defined by the organization. Comply with audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and records. Promote strong coordination among team members and with the branch to ensure smooth operations.
