Job Description

We are looking for an Direct Tax Executive to join our team at Tax Avtaar. The role involves managing Income Tax compliance, tax planning, and ensuring adherence to all applicable direct tax laws. The role involves preparing tax returns, handling assessments, and supporting financial reporting related to taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and/or organizations
Ensure timely compliance with the Income Tax Act and related regulations
Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations, filings, and reconciliations
Assist in tax planning to optimize tax liability legally
Respond to notices and queries from tax authorities
Maintain proper documentation of tax records and financial data
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
- Knowledge of Direct Tax laws and Income Tax provisions
- Familiarity with tax filing software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
