We are a specialised GST and indirect tax practice and are looking to onboard a senior Associate who wants to build deep expertise in GST litigation,advisory and complex Matters.
Job Role:
.As a senior Associate,you will be actively involved in:
. Handling GST litigation matters including SNCs,audits and appeals
.drafting replies, representations and legal submissions
.conducting legal research on GST law,notifications ,circulars and case laws
.Assisting in departmental proceedings and hearings
. Reviewing GST compliances from a litigation risk-perspective
. Client coordination and technical advisory

Who Should Apply:
.B.com/CA/CA(Intern)/CA Dropout
:2-4 years practical GST/ indirect tax experience
:Prior Experience in a CA firm or Tax consultancy
:Strong Drafting ,analytical and legal interpretation skills
:Serious in GST litigation and Advisory
:Based in kolkata or willing to work from kolkata .
