Accounts Tax Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Income Tax Executive who's know the Direct Tax & Compliance to lead our Audit and Tax functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Income Tax, GST, TDS, Tax Computation, ITR Filing, and Financial Compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing client assignments, ensuring statutory compliance, reviewing financial records, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and finalize Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies, Trusts, and Other Entities.

• Prepare and review Tax Computations in accordance with applicable tax laws.

• Handle Direct Tax compliance, assessments, notices, scrutiny, appeals, and tax planning.

• Ensure timely compliance with GST, including return filing, reconciliations, and advisory services.

• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, return filing, reconciliations, and related matters.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Statutory Laws and Regulatory Requirements.

• Review financial statements, books of accounts, and accounting records for accuracy and compliance.

• Coordinate with clients, statutory authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.

• Supervise, guide, and mentor audit and tax team members.

• Maintain strong client relationships by providing quality professional services and practical business solutions.

• Stay updated with changes in Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory laws.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Income Tax, Direct Tax, GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance.

• Expertise in ITR Filing and Tax Computation.

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
