Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to prepare, analyze, and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports. The role involves handling data, generating reports, and supporting management with accurate and timely information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in reports
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting formats
Identify trends, discrepancies, and provide actionable insights
Coordinate with different departments to gather required data
Automate reporting processes wherever possible
Maintain proper documentation of reports and data records

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MIS reporting or data analysis
Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage

Experience:

1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply)
