Job Description

We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to provide technical and functional support for Tally users. The candidate will be responsible for resolving client queries, handling software issues, and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support for Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
Handle installation, configuration, and setup of Tally software
Resolve client issues related to:
- Accounting entries
- GST, TDS, and taxation
- Data backup & restore
Assist in data migration and synchronization
Provide remote and on-site support to clients
Train users on Tally functionalities
Maintain proper documentation of support activities
Coordinate with internal technical teams when required
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of Accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Knowledge of GST & taxation
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Problem-solving attitude
